According to Robert Bowling, 400 new levels of 5 brand new prestiges are coming immediately to the PC version of MW3, with both consoles getting the update soon as well.  Max prestige will now be Level 15, with (we assume) 5 additional prestige tokens and more opportunity to use any of that bonus double xp
